Week 3 of NaNoWriMo was not the phenomenal recovery from week 2 that I had been hoping for…
I had a lot of bad writing days, and one day that almost made up for it.
Right now I need to write almost 4k a day to finish on time. I’m trying to get that number down bit by bit. I haven’t given up hope yet.
I’m still in love with my story. I think I’ve been enjoying it more and more as the month goes on. It won’t be finished at the end of the month, but I have no intention of stopping my writing when the calendar flips over to December.
How’s your NaNoWriMo going? Was week 3 kind to you? Are you ready to take on the final week of NaNoWriMo?
4K a day is a lot but you can do it!! Even if you don’t – who cares? You committed, and you got a lot of your draft done. You did more than me, who didn’t participate! 🙂 It’s great that you got to love your story more as the month went on – that’s a victory in itself, right? ^^

Yeah. I was struggling with this story so loving it more helps a lot.

You’re doing awesome – keep going, and catch up on those words 🙂 I bowed out of NaNo last week, but all-nighters were my favourite way to catch up (I used to pull two-nighters, but sense has caught up with me since then). Mind, it always helps if you’ve got a story you love. So – good luck for Week 4 and beyond, and earning that purple bar!

Thanks!
I don’t know if I can even pull an all nighter anymore. I’m pretty cranky if I go too long without getting my 7 or 8 hours.
