Another week of CampNaNoWriMo! I wrote every day last week. Let’s see if I can do it again!

April 11

• Project: The Dreams
• Total word count: 99,291
• Monthly word count: 6,401
• Today’s word count: 420
• Thoughts: It’s not exactly the sort of day I was hoping for writing-wise, but I’ve had far worse.
• Tomorrow’s goal: More writing. Hopefully a lot more writing. I also would love to work on revising the next chapter a bit.

April 12

• Project: The Dreams
• Total word count: 100,004
• Monthly word count: 7,114
• Today’s word count: 713
• Thoughts: I had one good writing session and couldn’t get back into the groove to write more later. I’m not too disappointed though because I managed to hit 100,000 words, and that is just amazing.
• Tomorrow’s goal: More writing. Hopefully some revising. I need a good revising day.

April 13

• Today’s word count: 152
• Thoughts: I don’t know why I’m having so much trouble writing. I’m just feeling unmotivated, but I haven’t figured out the reason behind it.
• Tomorrow’s goal: Hopefully more writing. I really need to get to revising the next chapter as well.

April 14

• Today’s word count: 11
• Thoughts: I made a good deal of revision progress, but that really cut into the time and energy I had for writing. I had to go out and do things in the middle of my writing time so that messed things up a bit too.
• Tomorrow’s goal: More of the same, but better.

April 15

• Thoughts: I don’t know why I’m having such a hard time making words happen. I’m pretty disappointed with myself right now.
• Tomorrow’s goal: Write. Get the next chapter posted.

April 16

• Today’s word count: 203
• Thoughts: I didn’t accomplish any of the things I wanted to do today.
• Tomorrow’s goal: Get stuff done.

April 17

• Today’s word count: 19
• Thoughts: Not the sort of day I was hoping to have, but I did work on revisions some more. I just need to get back into the mindset for writing again.
• Tomorrow’s goal: More writing, please. I’m not going to allow myself to go to bed another day with a pitifully low word count.

I’m hoping this is just a week 3 slump of sorts and I will be back to writing with even more enthusiasm than before soon. CampNaNoWriMo makes me want to write every day, but I’m starting to think I need a day off every week.
