NaNoWriMo: Week 3 Recap

Week 3 was a roller coaster ride. I’m going to keep this brief because I need to get back to my novel writing.

I had a few great writing days and a couple terrible ones. Overall, week 2 was worse, but week 3 now holds the distinction of having my lowest word count day so far in NaNoWriMo 2016.

I’m still juggling two projects. The Dreams is almost done. I think I’ll finish it before the month is over. Inbetween is coming along nicely as well. Thanksgiving is going to be a plot point, so I’m looking forward to writing that over Thanksgiving.

How’s your word count? Are you ahead? Behind? Did you win already? Are you incorporating any holidays into your novel this year?

  1. I’m behind by around 10k words – 21,640 words to go in total – but I’m not stressing. I have three days this weekend that I’m dedicating to just sitting down and crushing my word count. I am determined to win this thing!
