March 27

• Project: Inbetween
• Total word count: 49,601
• Today’s word count: 455
• Thoughts: Not bad, but not great either. I wasn’t feeling the greatest today so I’m glad I managed to write what I did, but I’ve been wanting to pass the 50k mark for ages now and going another day without reaching it is driving me up the wall.
• Tomorrow’s goal: Write! Pass 50k! If I can’t do it tomorrow I’m going to pull my hair out.

March 28

• Project: Inbetween
• Total word count: 50,169
• Today’s word count: 568
• Thoughts: I finally passed 50k! I’m so excited. I’m trying not to think about how much I wish I was at 60k or 70k. This is where I am with the story and it is great.
• Tomorrow’s goal: Keep writing! If I’m lucky and really, really productive I might finally finish writing the first arc of Inbetween today. I’m close. Really, really close. It could happen.

March 29

• Project: Inbetween

• Today’s word count: 141
• Thoughts: Today’s word count is tiny. I wanted to write more, but I got slammed with a monster headache part way through the day and it just never went away.
• Tomorrow’s goal: Feel better. Write. Maybe revise?

March 30

• Project: Inbetween
• Total word count: 50,559
• Today’s word count: 250
• Thoughts: Today was not a good day. Yesterday’s labeling of the “monster headache” was a bit off. It was definitely a migraine and it only got worse. I didn’t get relief until late at night and that was when I finally managed to write a few words. I didn’t dare try to revise. My ability to process words was more than a little compromised.
• Tomorrow’s goal: Write, revise, feel better. I hope I can do it. At this point, I’m sure this week’s chapter will be late.

March 31

• Project: Inbetween
• Total word count: 51,114
• Today’s word count: 555
• Thoughts: Better! If things had gone better this week I’d have liked to be writing four digit word counts by this point, but this week has been awful for me so I’m just glad I was able to write more than 500 words.
• Tomorrow’s goal: CampNaNoWriMo! Looks like I have a lot of writing ahead of me if I want to have a total word count of 120,000 by the end of April.

April 1

• Project: Inbetween
• Total word count: 51,490
• Today’s word count: 376
• Thoughts: Well, that’s not a good start for CampNaNoWriMo. It’s Saturday and Saturdays are always terrible for writing for me. It’s the day I deal with real life stuff. As much as I want to sit down and write huge amounts of words on Saturdays, I’m usually too tired to put in a lot of effort once I stop running around.
• Tomorrow’s goal: Sit down. Write. Write many, many words.

April 2

• Project: Inbetween
• Total word count: 51,751
• Today’s word count: 261
• Thoughts: Ugh. My word count is terrible. But! But! I got the chapter posted and it was only a day late! Considering the kind of week I had, I’ll call that a victory.
• Tomorrow’s goal: Write! I have to write so, so much this month and I really need to pick up the pace.
