• Today’s word count: 456
• Thoughts: I’m still not on track for CampNaNoWriMo, but I’m getting there. I have a long way to go. This scene is just a toughie. I love it, but it’s not easy to write.
• Tomorrow’s goal: Keep writing! I won’t give up. There’s still plenty of time to make up the words I haven’t written and I have so much story left to write.

April 4

• Today’s word count: 1,228
• Thoughts: That’s more like it! I LOVE days like this. If I could write like this every day I’d be so happy. It’s so rare these days and I should really figure out how to make it happen more consistently.
• Tomorrow’s goal: More writing! I want another day like today!

April 5

• Project: Inbetween

• Today’s word count: 1,031
• Thoughts: Not bad! I’d still like to be writing more since this is a CampNaNoWriMo month. I need to push myself or it’s not really a challenge.
• Tomorrow’s goal: Revise! Keep writing! It’s CampNaNoWriMo so I can’t allow a day to go by without writing.

April 6

• Project: Inbetween

• Today’s word count: 121
• Thoughts: Revision days are going to destroy me during Camp. I’m not going to stop revising. I want to keep posting chapters during NaNoWriMo sessions so I’m going to have to sacrifice some of my writing time each week to make a chapter presentable for my readers.
• Tomorrow’s goal: Back to writing! I can’t wait to see how much I can write.

April 7

• Today’s word count: 67
• Thoughts: Well, today did not go as expected. I did write some words, but no where near enough. I guess this means I really can’t afford to have Saturday be an off day this week.
• Tomorrow’s goal: Post this week’s chapter and write, write, write!

April 8

• Today’s word count: 222
• Thoughts: Well, it’s better than most Saturdays lately, but it still wasn’t a great writing day. It was a good day in general, though. I’m hoping that will translate into positive energy for my work in the coming week.
• Tomorrow’s goal: Write a ton! I know I can do it. I can feel the words bubbling up inside me. I just need to stop allowing my energy to get diverted.

April 9

• Today’s word count: 549
• Thoughts: Not great, but better. I hope I can continue to improve instead of sliding backward again.
• Tomorrow’s goal: More of the writing. Hopefully a lot more. I don’t know why I’m dragging my feet so much during CampNaNoWriMo. I should be writing with reckless abandon.
