• Project: Inbetween

• Today’s word count: 406
• Thoughts: Today was weird. I had bursts of inspiration, but they never lasted more than a couple hundred words. The words I kept seem like they will be solid enough with a bit of polish, but the brain fog I had today resulted in a lot of silly nonsense that did not fit the story very well.
• Tomorrow’s goal: More writing. More prep. Less brain fog.

October 24

• Project: Inbetween

• Today’s word count: 459
• Thoughts: I feel like I’m getting my mojo back, but I still can’t fully escape this brain fog. I think I just need to get more consistent good nights of sleep behind me before it fades away completely.
• Tomorrow’s goal: More writing. More NaNo prep. Revisions. I just want to get revisions done and over with this week so I can get back to writing and prep. Priorities!

October 25

• Project: Inbetween

• Thoughts: Revisions and writing happened today, but I’ve been slacking on NaNo prep and that cannot be happening this close to November!
• Tomorrow’s goal: Finish revisions, write more words, and actually tackle NaNo prep. I can’t avoid it at this point in the month.

October 26

• Today’s word count: 66
• Thoughts: Ugh. Revisions. I always think I might get away with an easy week, but I’m always wrong. The struggle is real. The only choice I have is to keep on struggling until I succeed.
• Tomorrow’s goal: Wrap up revisions. NaNo prep. NaNo prep. NaNo prep!

October 27

• Thoughts: Revisions are done! I made progress with NaNo prep! I wrote about two sentences of Inbetween! Today was a day for progress!
• Tomorrow’s goal: Post chapter, NaNo prep, more writing… just a typical Saturday at the end of October.

• Thoughts: I made some progress with Inbetween, but a bit less with my NaNo prep. Progress is progress though so I won’t complain.
• Tomorrow’s goal: More prep. More writing. More excited dancing at the though of the start of NaNoWriMo.

October 29

• Today’s word count: 120
• Thoughts: I could have written more today, but I ended up worrying about the wind knocking out our power and I decided to shut down the computer and read in bed instead of playing data loss roulette.
• Tomorrow’s goal: More writing and intense NaNo prep. Holy crap. It is almost November and I have so much left to do!
