• Today’s word count: 500
• Thoughts: Today was pretty productive once I sat down and forced myself to focus. Before that I was a mess. It was hard to concentrate.
• Tomorrow’s goal: More writing. May 15, 2018 will be day 1,000 of me tracking my writing daily!

May 15

• Project: Inbetween
• Total word count: 171,248
• Today’s word count: 523
• Thoughts: It might not have been my biggest word count day, but it seems like a fitting number of words for the 1000th day of me tracking my word count from one day to the next. It’s slightly above my average and an amount I consider to be perfectly acceptable.
• Tomorrow’s goal: More writing. I know I can do it.

May 16

• Project: Inbetween
• Total word count: 171,405
• Today’s word count: 157
• Thoughts: Today did not go as I planned at all. I wanted to write a ton of words, but I woke up with a headache that just kept coming back every time I thought I had chased it away for good.
• Tomorrow’s goal: More writing. Revising. As long as the headache doesn’t chase me down I should be able to do it.

May 17

• Project: Inbetween
• Total word count: 172,116
• Today’s word count: 711
• Thoughts: I was really worried that I wouldn’t write much today. Then, right before bed I decided to try changing things up. Instead of writing at my desk, I took my laptop and wrote in bed. It worked! I wrote plenty.
• Tomorrow’s goal: More writing and hopefully I will manage to get this week’s chapter revised and posted on Patreon a day early.

May 18

• Project: Inbetween

• Today’s word count: 4

• Today’s word count: 71

• Thoughts: Today was pretty productive while still being a typical Friday. I got this week’s chapter of Inbetween revised and I worked on The Dreams a little bit as well.
• Tomorrow’s goal: I need to get this week’s chapter posted and keep on writing.

May 19

• Project: The Dreams
• Total word count: 45,526
• Today’s word count: 189
• Thoughts: Today was an interesting day. I got a chapter posted! I worked on the new draft of The Dreams. I did a lot of stuff that wasn’t writing like playing a game and going outside. Overall, it was a pretty good Saturday.
• Tomorrow’s goal: Back to writing. I have no where to go so I can put my focus on writing.

May 20

• Project: Inbetween
• Total word count: 172,634
• Today’s word count: 514
• Thoughts: Today was about as productive as I thought it would be. I’m pretty pleased with myself. I wasn’t sure I’d be able to write as much as I wanted today. There was a lot going on to distract me, but I got past it and made the words happen.
• Tomorrow’s goal: More writing. I should be able to do it. I have plenty of time.
