- Thoughts: Today was not productive in terms of writing. My mind was just not in a good place for writing and sleep was the only way to break free.
- Tomorrow’s goal: Back to writing. I just hope I’m able to make some serious progress.

- Thoughts: Another day of struggle. I’m not sure why I’m having such a hard time writing lately. If it continues, I’m going to think it is more than slightly connected to my inability to get a good night’s sleep.
- Tomorrow’s goal: More writing. I need to focus on writing and actually make some serious progress. I think I can do it!

- Thoughts: I feel like I’m slowly clawing my way back to normal productivity. Maybe this slump won’t last too long.
- Tomorrow’s goal: More writing. I might even revise a bit if I feel like I wrote enough words to take a break.

- Thoughts: I’m still struggling with this slump. I’m starting to think it is tied to my sleep trouble lately. Without enough sleep my brain doesn’t have the energy to make a serious effort with my writing.
- Tomorrow’s goal: Try to write. I want to see if I can have a better than average Friday.
June 1
No progress made. I went to a show and had a great time.
June 2
No progress made. I was exhausted and decided to give myself a day off for once. I was nice to be doing something other than writing without feeling guilty about it, but it would have been better if I hadn’t given myself the day off on short notice due to exhaustion.
June 3

- Thoughts: I wrote! It wasn’t much, but I did it. I’m still stuck in a rut. I’m positive this is all because I couldn’t get enough sleep pretty much all last week. It’s coming back to bite me now, even though I’m starting to get real sleep again.
- Tomorrow’s goal: More writing. I want to start making some real progress again.
