• Today’s word count: 65
• Thoughts: Today was another bad writing day. This streak is going to be harder to break than I originally thought.
• Tomorrow’s goal: Get back to writing. I’m trying to get a decent amount of sleep every night so I’m optimistic. Once my brain is working better I should be able to write more.

June 5

• Project: Inbetween

• Today’s word count: 114
• Thoughts: Still struggling. I’m going to get out of this slump. I will.
• Tomorrow’s goal: More writing. I know I can get back to a decent writing pace if I just keep trying. Giving up is the only way to fail.

June 6

• Project: Inbetween

• Today’s word count: 113
• Thoughts: I’m still struggling to get my writing mojo back. I’m just too easily distracted these days! Next step: figure out what I need to cut from my day to make it easier to concentrate on my work.
• Tomorrow’s goal: More writing and hopefully some revising too!

June 7

• Project: Inbetween

• Today’s word count: 287
• Thoughts: I think I might be getting my mojo back! I know I’ve said that before, but I think it might be true now. Then again, I might be jumping the gun. I’m cautiously optimistic, I guess!
• Tomorrow’s goal: It will be Friday, but I’m going to do everything I can to not let the Friday curse mess me up this week.

June 8

• Project: Inbetween

• Today’s word count: 9
• Thoughts: Today was a weird day. I had a lot of goals. I met some of them. Mostly I worked on making the chapter I’ve been picked away at a little bit better.
• Tomorrow’s goal: Finish up revising and get a chapter posted!

June 9

• Project: Inbetween
• Total word count: 175,656
• Today’s word count: 18
• Thoughts: Ugh. Another day of struggling to write anything at all. I mostly focused on adding some words to the chapter I’ve been working on. There are certain parts I’m not sure are fleshed out enough. The whole chapter needs to evening out since I wrote it with so many starts and stops.
• Tomorrow’s goal: More writing and revising. If I manage to make some real progress for once I should get a new chapter up too.

June 10

• Project: Inbetween
• Total word count: 175,754
• Today’s word count: 98
• Thoughts: I finished revisions/rewrites for a chapter! My word count doesn’t look too spectacular, but I put in a ton of time on Inbetween today.
• Tomorrow’s goal: More writing. Get the chapter posted (finally)! I’m sure I can do it.
